We build WHITEHORSE products to stand up to the outdoors for years. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, we'll fix it.

Our 1-year limited warranty

Every WHITEHORSE product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date it was delivered to you, when used and mounted as described in the instructions.

If your product has a covered defect, we will, at our choice, send you a replacement part, replace the product, or refund it. A repaired or replaced product keeps the remaining warranty period of the original.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and weathering outdoors, and natural variations in wood colour and grain
• Damage from using the product for something other than its intended use
• Damage from incorrect mounting, or from screws, brackets or fixings not suited to the post, pole, building or tree it is mounted on
• Damage from accidents, misuse, modifications, storms, falling branches or other severe weather events, or from animals such as woodpeckers, squirrels or predators
• Loss or theft

Damage that happens in transit is handled under our Return and refund policy: tell us within a reasonable time of delivery and we'll make it right.

How to make a claim

1. Email support@teamwhitehorse.com with your order number (or other proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation from the shop where you bought it) and a short description of the problem.
2. Add a few photos showing the problem. In most cases this is all we need.
3. We reply within two business days. If we ask you to send the product back, we'll tell you where. We pay the return shipping for claims covered by this warranty or by your legal guarantee.

You don't need to register your product or keep the original packaging to use this warranty.

Your legal rights

This warranty is given free of charge, in addition to your legal rights as a consumer. It does not limit or replace them. In the European Union and the United Kingdom you have a legal guarantee from the seller for goods that are not as described or faulty (at least 2 years in the EU), with free repair, replacement, price reduction or refund; in Australia you have consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law; and in the United States and Canada you may have other rights that vary by state or province. You can use those rights whether or not you use this warranty.
