WHITEHORSE presents its premium owl house. This high-quality nest box is made from 100% FSC western cedar wood, and it is built to last outdoors.
Species: This owl house is attractive to at least the following species in the UK and Ireland: Little Owls, Jackdaws, Starlings and Scops Owls.
Features:
- Weatherproof: The entry hole is specifically designed to be not too large to expose the baby owls to the elements and to prevent them from falling out. The door and floor are recessed to keep the nest dry. Dado joints keep this owl box dry and less drafty.
- Well-built: Made from high quality western cedar wood. An 8 cm roof overhang shades the entry hole and thwarts predators. Decking screws are used instead of nails for a long-lasting construction.
- Easy to assemble: Included: two bags of cedar shavings, assembly and mounting screws, a printed installation booklet as well as a step-by-step video.
- Owls love it: Designed by birders for birders. This nesting box has a large cavity compared to similar products. At 41 x 30 x 28 cm, it is suitable for the species listed above and many others.
- Free eBook: We created a short guide with a ton of tried and proven methods on how to attract your desired owl species and keep them coming back every season.
- Earth conscious: The cedar wood used in this owl house is 100% FSC. That means it is sourced from a certified forest that is managed with consideration for people, wildlife and the environment.
- Trusted quality: Designed by a family of bird watchers. We stand by the quality of this owl box and we are confident that it will last longer than other owl houses!
